If you’re happy and you know it, work in Raleigh. That’s the takeaway from a recent survey ranking Raleigh No. 3 on a list of cities with the happiest employees.
Workplace insights platform kununu examined more than 87,000 workplace reviews and received input from nearly 8,400 employees. The survey looked at employee happiness and autonomy, co-worker interactions, leadership and company culture.
The happiest employees in the country work on the coasts, with Miami ranked No. 1 and Los Angeles ranked No. 2. The unhappiest employees are in New York City, No. 50, and Oakland, California, No. 49.
