What Has Tax Reform Done for North Carolina?

A lot. Before tax reforms, our state was ranked 44th in the Tax Foundation’s State Business Tax Climate Index; since reforms we jumped to 14th. Tax policy directly impacts our ability to attract, retain and create jobs for residents and families.

Tax reform repositioned North Carolina’s standing among competitor states and as a result, more than $2.5 billion is expected to stay in our private sector. Learn more.
