Today’s consumer has no shortage of options to voice an opinion about your business. Despite efforts to ensure that online reviews are legitimate, it is a largely unregulated phenomenon that consumer businesses need to pay attention to. In fact, research suggests that the vast majority of consumers place a high level of trust in online reviews.
