Software firm ImageQuix is being acquired by Alpine SG and moving into a new, centralized headquarters in Raleigh, NC.

The company develops workflow and e-commerce software for professional photography studios to elevate photographers to “work smarter.” The new CEO, Alex Kovacevic, who moved to North Carolina from the United Kingdom to attend Duke’s business school, says the plan for the company is all about growth.

“This is just the beginning,” Kovacevic says. “We’re building an entirely new software development team.”

Alpine SG is a group of companies backed by Alpine investors, a software and services-focused private equity firm.
