As we brace ourselves for 2019, it’s time to make and potentially break our resolutions.

According to Statista, the two most common resolutions for 2018 were saving more money (53%) and getting in shape/losing weight (45%.) Well-intentioned or not, statistics tell us that barely north of 9% of resolutions are kept. Some say setting too many is the culprit for failing while others say that we’re all hardwired to do what we do, making it impossible to change. Here’s to a happy, healthy and resolution-achieving 2019.
