Marcus Hall admits being a little crazy. He helped invent burgushi, a burger/sushi fusion with a cult-like following.

File that under “so crazy it just might work.” After opening the original The Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar in Charlotte, father and NCSU alum expanded to Raleigh and Orlando. An Atlanta Cowfish opens soon.

His favorite possession? A Martin D-28 Marquis Madagascar guitar. (He’s in bluegrass band, Old Man Whickutt.) He’s crazy for his family. He’s crazy for his community: The Cowfish donates to nonprofits in every city it serves. Here’s to the crazy ones. They change the world.
