North Carolina’s Annelore’s German Bakery has a unique selection of delectable holiday pastries, pies, cakes, cookies and breads, all homemade in the authentic German tradition.
Proprietors Norbert and Annelore Gstattenbauer, also the head baker, maintain the rich tradition of using recipes passed down for generations. Items are made by hand using fresh, all-natural ingredients and less sugar than other baking styles.
