Drew Schenck has been a restaurateur for more than 20 years. His original concept, Remington Grill, was a great success and his passion for the industry grew with every order.
He launched RallyPoint Sport Grill in Cary in 2009 and unveiled two more concepts in Raleigh this year. Hadley’s, a 1920s-inspired bar on downtown Raleigh’s W. Morgan Street, opened in February. Gourmet sandwiches, salads and soups are served with wine, beer and craft cocktails.
This month Drew opens Dram & Draught, a private tavern focusing on quality spirits and craft beers on Hillsborough Street with longtime Foundation mixologist, Kevin Barrett.
