Greece native and NC resident Lou Moshakos has brought the spirit of the Mediterranean kitchen to Raleigh. Vidrio features a variety of traditional dining dishes, wines and flavors using local and imported ingredients.
All of the dishes are prepared with fresh ingredients and simple cooking styles to bring the genuine Mediterranean tastes to life. To complement the flavorful dishes, Vidrio offers 50 wines on tap and over 300 domestic and international bottles.
The Moshakoses built their family-owned restaurant on the philosophy that “love is the most important ingredient” and they encourage their guests to come gather, unwind and enjoy.
