Eat healthy, eat outside

You’re allowed to sit and enjoy your time in a restaurant once again — finally — but you might not want to just eat out. You should think about eating outside.

On a warm, sunny day, it’s fun to be seated on a patio, relax at sidewalk tables or set up a picnic on some grass. There are health benefits to being in the great outdoors, too, beyond just easier social distancing. Sunshine naturally regulates your mood, boosting vitamin D production, while a less busy and quieter environment decreases stress hormones, which we could all use a little less of these days.
