Fayetteville native Amy Rowland created an app to connect children to their primary purpose in life – to play. The website and iPhone app, Play Across America, allows users to browse photos and reviews of playgrounds all over the U.S. and internationally.
As a military wife and mother, Amy added a category to support military families as they often move from place to place. By sharing playgrounds on or near military installations, she hopes to excite children as they settle into new areas.
