Located on the shores of the Neuse River in New Bern, Persimmons, a locally owned waterfront restaurant, offers three unique dining experiences. You can choose to dine in the downstairs great room, private upstairs room or the outdoor waterfront area.
The menu items are inspired by modern cuisine made from locally sourced ingredients by its award-winning chef.
As with Persimmons’ local and sustainable menu ingredients, the building was designed to be environmentally friendly as well. The heating, air conditioning and lighting systems are energy-efficient, and the building, host stand and tables were made with recycled or reclaimed materials.
