Find a Trigger to Create Your Unique Opportunity

by

You don’t want to exercise, sweat or join a gym. You do want to get stronger and increase your energy without too much effort.

Find a trigger, something you do consistently every day, like brush your teeth, shower or brew coffee, and perform a movement before, during or after that trigger. This is your “movement opportunity.”

Not sure how it works? Brush your teeth and do squats at the same time. Do 15 counter push-ups every morning before breakfast. Hold a plank for 30 seconds before your daily dose of meds. Find your trigger to create a movement opportunity.
