The change is happening right before our eyes.
The generational shift in the workforce continues to accelerate. With baby boomers retiring in record numbers, experts predict that within five years 50 percent of America’s workers will be millennials (born in the 80s and 90s). These younger workers are the most well-educated generation in our country’s history. They think and respond differently to work and life, and how to manage both.
It is imperative to show millennials that your company is innovative and in tune with their worldview while defining how they’ll become successful through contributing, performing, producing and participating.
