Selecting an engineering team based on professional judgment – how do we get there?

All engineers should have a story to tell. It’s great if your employees have 20 packages, each with 10 showcase projects you are satisfied with, but what did they learn by putting their professional judgment on the line to protect an owner’s liabilities, deliver an award-winning project or save you extra costs?

Did they run that extra test, use less conservative assumptions or approach the design differently? This is where professional judgment translates into savings and innovative projects. What story can your next project team tell?
