Amsterdam company leases uptown Charlotte co-working space

by

Amsterdam-based Spaces leased 32,000 square feet at 101 North Tryon, formerly known as 101 Independence Center, in uptown Charlotte, joining several other co-working groups such as WeWork and Industrious. Sunlight Financial, a New York-based company, also occupies space in the building.

The office spaces include meeting rooms, event spaces, private offices and a business club. Spaces has opened more than two dozen locations across the US and plans to lease 35,000 square feet in Raleigh this year. The Charlotte office is expected to open this summer.

Building renovations include the common areas, lobby and exterior.
