In January Apple announced plans to build a new facility focused on customer service, and has since been looking for the perfect location. Recent reports state a secret visit between CEO Tim Cook and Governor Roy Cooper may have confirmed Research Triangle Park as a top prospect.
Although too soon to tell, a deal is still being negotiated. This move could be huge for North Carolina business.
