Art in Bloom

Fantastical flora and fauna are fashioned into show-stopping works of art during the North Carolina Museum of Art’s fifth annual Art in Bloom.

The four-day festival of art and flowers features over 50 floral creations, some more than 10 feet tall, inspired by pieces of art from the NCMA’s collection. Museumgoers can shop for gifts at daily trunk shows and check out floral demonstrations and workshops.

Art in Bloom is held in the museum’s West Building and runs March 21-24, with special extended museum hours. The event costs $13-$18 and is the museum’s biggest annual fundraiser.
