Raleigh, Charlotte to test new homebuying service

by
online homebuying

This winter, Raleigh and Charlotte residents will be able to buy and sell their homes through Zillow.

The online real estate database company is expanding its Zillow Offers service. In addition to the new North Carolina markets, the service is available in six other major cities, including Las Vegas, Atlanta, Phoenix and Denver.

Zillow is the latest to utilize the technology trend in the real estate industry known as iBuying. Recently, a high number of startups have attempted to offer simpler ways for consumers to buy and sell homes, using technology that assists with pricing and making offers on homes.
