With remote work here to stay, people no longer need to live within commuting distance from their work, or even in the same state. If working remotely is the ‘new normal’ and you can work from wherever you are, why not live wherever you want?

According to Knight Frank’s 2021 Global Buyer Survey, 33% of the respondents are looking to buy a second home. But those homes are no longer just for vacations. The “second homes” market is hot right now, but these homes are now considered a “co-primary” home instead.
