North Carolina Companies Rank in Inc.’s 2016 5000

One hundred and thirty North Carolina companies made Inc.’s 2016 5000 list. Inc.’s annual list ranks the fastest growing companies in America.

Charlotte-based technology consulting firm PLANIT Group ranked highest at number 12 with an 11,525% three-year growth and $11.2 million 2015 revenue reported. The next highest-ranked North Carolina company was Youth Digital in Research Triangle Park with a 3,622% three-year growth and $5.2 million 2015 revenue reported.

Torrent Consulting earned the number 164 ranking. This Charlotte company reported 2,196% three-year growth and $2.9 million 2015 revenue.
