“Big data” has been one of the more prevalent corporate buzzwords over the past few years and has left many companies confused about if, when or how they should be utilizing their own data.
However, in a recent blog post, Jeremy Spivey of WingSwept, a Garner-based B2B technology services company, explains that thanks to technology advancements, big data represents an opportunity to improve operations and decision making, even for small businesses.
