Typography is a part of your brand. Here are three things to consider when choosing fonts:
1. Readable and legible – Just because a font is interesting, doesn’t mean it works. Think about how and where the font will be used.
2. Recognizable and relatable – Your typeface should reflect the look and feel of your brand. For an auto shop, a fancy script may not be on-brand.
3. Agreeable and controllable – With typography, more isn’t always better. Choose a few fonts that work well together. Mixing too many can be distracting.
Consult a professional designer to choose your brand’s typography.
