Yes, I live in the community of Ocean on Bogue Sound.

Recent success?
With the NC Division of Marine Fisheries, we built 10 acres of oyster reefs in Pamlico Sound.
Future goals?
To build 500 acres of reefs – we’re halfway there.
Most rewarding experiences?
Growing from an idea to an accomplished organization, and seeing what can be achieved by people working together.
Inspiration?
For every new generation to be as amazed as I am by our coast’s dynamic nature.

Our coast and its people.
