Since its humble beginnings in 2001, the North Carolina Comedy Arts Festival in Chapel Hill and Carrboro has grown to become one of the largest independent comedy events in the country. From Feb. 16-25, NCCAF will showcase dozens of improv, sketch and stand-up comedy acts from across North America.
This year’s headliners include Emo Philips, Aparna Nancherla, the RISK! podcast, Actual Garbage People, Improvised History and ImprovBoston. Ticket prices range from $10 to $20.
In addition to shows, NCCAF also features workshops and master classes for new and veteran performers. Find details here or follow @nccomedyarts on Twitter.
