Lincolnton is getting its first brewery

Friends at a brewery in North Carolina

This fall Lincolnton will see its historic Eureka Manufacturing Co. Cotton Mill transform into its first brewery. The mill was built between 1907 and 1910, and led to the development of textile mill villages, schools and churches, and brought people from rural areas closer to the city.

Brewmasters John Brinsfield and Fritz Steckler plan to open 3PM Brewing Co., a 6,000-square-foot taproom and production facility in Lincolnton’s downtown district.

They plan to build a 10-barrel brewhouse for the main beers, upstairs private-event space, and an outside area with a beer garden and live music stage.
