You’ve made the decision to hire a marketing agency. How do you know which agency to select? I spent more than 20 years on the client side as an in-house marketing director/VP and hired many marketing agencies.
Start by asking your connections for recommendations and conducting some good old-fashioned Google research. Look for experts in the field, thought leaders who demonstrate their expertise in well-written blogs and articles. Review agency websites by paying attention to client work, team bios and case studies.
Narrow it down to three agencies, interview each in person, and ask these questions.
