North Carolina is blessed with an abundance of engineers that “do good work,” but is that how you should choose your project team?

The first step in establishing the proper amount of protection during the course of a project is always selecting the right project team. All professionals inherently gain “professional judgment” over the course of their careers. Professional judgment is what allows your team to move beyond a good project to delivering something that is truly unique, that pushes the envelope of what others have told you could never be accomplished.
