In 1990, Marcy Gregg of Charlotte faced a complication during her third child’s delivery, leaving her in a coma with little hope of recovery.
Miraculously, Marcy regained consciousness, but lost 80 percent of her memory. She awoke thinking she was 17 with no recollection of her marriage and children.
As she relearned her identity, Marcy started a successful consulting business based on overcoming obstacles. But her gratitude for her second chance at life did not find expression in the corporate world. Determined to fulfill her restored life, Marcy sold her business in 2006 and returned to her true passion – art.
