Fair food favorites

The North Carolina State Fair is in full swing, and I’m sure you have your list of things you must eat or do.

The ten days of the fair are always a highlight of the fall for my family. With two small children, rides are always a hit, but for my wife and I, we can’t wait for the food. When we enter each year, we head for the Wisconsin deep-fried cheese. We then hit up Captain Neill’s Seafood for the fried shrimp and scallops.

This year will be no different. What are your favorite attractions or food vendors?
