Spread the Aloha: Helping Big Island volcano evacuees

by
Hawaii

“Aloha ‘āina” means “love of the land” in Hawaiian.

Big Island, or the island of Hawaii, is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen. From the beaches in Kona, to Hilo’s majestic Rainbow Falls and the gorgeous black sand on Punaluʻu Beach, the spirit of Aloha echoes through those who live there.

The lava outbreaks from the Kilauea volcano are threatening the beauty, history and safety of Big Island. With an ongoing eruption, we must help those who call this paradise home. Find out how to help the evacuees here and show your love from the mainland.
