Businesses are often quick to jump on all existing social media platforms to maximize their online presence. However, this is not always the most effective approach to social media marketing and engagement.

Each network has its own purpose and user demographics. It’s usually best to focus on two or three platforms with your target audience in mind. Otherwise, you could waste time trying to build a presence on a platform that will not have a significant impact.
