The 23rd Carolina Renaissance Festival & Artisan Marketplace makes history come alive in Huntersville on Saturdays and Sundays until Nov. 20.
Visitors can step back in time and see jousting knights, falconers, jugglers, dueling swordsmen and more than 500 costumed villagers. More modern fare includes games and rides like the World’s Largest Rocking Horse, Da Vinci’s Flying Machine and the Pirate’s Assault Catapult.
The Artisan Marketplace features more than 100 vendors displaying a variety of unique, hand-made wares. There’s also plenty of food and beverages, including giant turkey legs and craft beers.
Admission is $23 for adults; $13 for children.
