The Mint Museum is a nonprofit visual arts institution with two dynamic facilities: Mint Museum Uptown and Mint Museum Randolph. Visitors to either location in Charlotte can catch a free shuttle bus between the two during select hours on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
Billed as the oldest art museum in North Carolina, and housing one of the largest art collections in the Southeast, The Mint Museum offers visitors inspiring and transformative experiences through art from around the world.
Collections include American art, art of the ancient Americas, craft + design, decorative arts, fashion, modern and contemporary art, and Native American art.
