Extended Stay America released results of a survey of 2,000 frequent travelers. Eighty-six percent gained an average of three pounds when away from home for two or more weeks. If you are a frequent business traveler, that adds up fast. When I first started my job as a clinical research associate, I called it the “travel 20.”
