Get your game on, and compete for cash and prizes in “Fortnite” and “Rocket League” tournaments at the Triangle eSports Championship 2019.
Gamers of all ages can participate in TEC 2019, which features a PlayStation showcase and the chance to cheer on competitors as they play “Rocket League,” “Fortnite” and “Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.” Handhelds are welcome so attendees can join the action.
The daylong event is Feb. 10, 11AM-10PM, at the Durham Armory. Tickets are $25. TEC 2019, the Triangle’s first charitable esports tournament, benefits digital inclusion and literacy. Proceeds support the Kramden Institute and Triangle Literacy Council.
